You can now add custom text to new training and reminder notification emails from the Notification Settings page.
Setting Up Custom Login Instructions
Navigate to Notification Settings to find two customizable text fields:
- Admin Login Instructions — Text entered here is included in new admin invite emails.

Learner Login Instructions — Text entered here is included in new training emails, automated reminder emails, and admin-triggered reminder emails sent to learners.
The custom text appears in a highlighted box beneath the Start Training button in the email.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Email only — Custom login instructions appear in email notifications only. They are not included in Slack notifications.
- Evergreen by design — These fields are intended for standing instructions that apply at all times (e.g., how to log in via SSO). Whatever is currently saved in these fields will be included in emails to new hires as well as reminders to existing employees.
- Launch-specific messaging — You can temporarily update the text before a training launch to include campaign-specific context, then revert to more generic instructions afterward. Just keep in mind that any active text will go out in all training-related emails during that window, including new hire onboarding emails.
