You've just got training added to your account, an annual training date chosen, and team members ready to train! You're probably thinking "How do I let the team know about this?" Thankfully we have a bunch of handy tips to help equip you for this exciting announcement to your organisation!
Upon launching Ethena you will want to be sure to share with your team either in Slack or at your company all hands:
- Why you have chosen to roll out the training you have picked and why Ethena?
- What they can expect from the platform
- What is expected of them with training
- FAQs
This is quite a lot to share, but we've got you on that.
We've got some handy slides available in this presentation that are an excellent starting point for sharing in a company all hands meeting. Please feel free to copy these and adjust the chosen courses in slides 11 and 12.
We have a brief summary of each course available in our resources also which helps to illustrate the two key points:
What is the training?
Why does it matter?
What if I am not able to introduce this at an All Hands?
We're here to help. We have a host of email/messaging templates to help with introducing your new training provider (That's us) to your company. Starting with our Harassment Prevention email (click the picture for the version you can copy and paste)!
Just fill out the areas specific to your organisation, and you will be ready to let the world (okay your team) know that this is coming soon. The slides have a selection of different scenarios as well as a collection of follow up email templates for your launch day, and checking in on training progress to race towards 100% completion 🏁
Please do note that for annual/recurring core learning will be assigned 1-2 weeks in advance of your annual training date!
