Adding Ethena to your allowlist

Add Ethena's domain (goethena.com) to your email allowlist in order to ensure your organization's learners receive their email notifications. We recommend allowlisting our domain and/or IP addresses prior to your first Ethena launch. If a learner reaches out because they haven't received a notification, this is a good place to check as well.

Allowlisting Ethena email addresses prevents reminders from ending up in a spam folder. Ethena sends automated messages from hello@nudges.goethena.com and hello@account.goethena.com.

For mail management such as Google Workspaces, you may need to add our IP addresses listed below:

• 166.78.71.11
• 166.78.71.12
• 166.78.71.13

We recommend everyone allowlist Ethena’s domain (goethena.com), even if your organization has chosen to receive Slack notifications. In the event a user's Slack account does not successfully connect to Ethena, email notifications are sent as a backup.

Adding a domain to your allowlist can be done by your email administrator. For assistance, contact your IT team.
