Sometimes after an integration is set up and running it may decide to stop working and show error messages next to learner names such as:
Missing Country, Missing State, Missing Manager etc.
If these reasons display, what you will need to do is update these in your HRIS. The next time it syncs, it'll then update and send those users into Ethena.
There are quite a few different reasons for this happening, but more often than not the best fix is to follow the IT department mantra:
Have you tried turning it off and on?
In almost all cases, removing the integration and then re-adding it to your Ethena account often kicks it into gear and it will resolve the issues it was having.
