There are tons of fantastic HRISs (Human Resources Information Systems) out there, and for good reason! These platforms have taken HR into the 21st century, by automating so much of the day to day of managing a team. But you know who else loves automation? We do! That's why we've partnered with Merge to offer more HRIS integrations than we can shake a stick at (but real talk, about 38 different integrations). These integrations sync your team's basic information into Ethena and do so on a regular basis, meaning you can have confidence that the right people are getting the right training, including new hires! How Merge Protects Your Data
After setting up an integration with Ethena, the Merge platform reaches out periodically to pull fresh data from your HRIS or Directory system. Thanks to Merge's powerful privacy and data management tools, Ethena is able to direct Merge's platform to pull only a small subset of the available data in your HRIS system. Because Ethena doesn't require sensitive data, we've setup the Merge platform to explicitly pull only the following required categories:
- Name, Email & unique ID
- Employment status & type
- Department & Cost center
- City, State & Country (we explicitly exclude street address)
Ethena has explicitly opted out of pulling anything not in the above list, including SSN, compensation data and demographics data.
