We now offer the ability to include historical training data to determine when your employees receive training next.
How it works
When creating a new campaign, you now have the ability to upload historical training records for learners who are enrolled in the campaign. To do this, when you create a campaign under Schedule you can click Upload a CSV file to include it:

The training records are used to determine when a learner will train next (taking into account role/location based training cadences, chosen deferral periods, etc.). Once you save the campaign you will see the next training date based on the record you uploaded next to the learners.
Use Cases
This is particularly useful for customers who switch to Ethena from an outside provider who want to retain & leverage their most recent training records as a means of avoiding overtraining.
You could also use this if needing to archive a campaign to create a new identical one.
*Only applies to training campaigns configured to Annual company training and Learner anniversary scheduling methods
*Historical Training Data can only be added when initially creating a campaign. You cannot edit a live campaign to add this information.
