What to know if you are using an Ethena account through Sequoia.
How do I login as a Sequoia user?
All customers with Ethena account through Sequoia will use this URL: https://sequoia.goethena.com/learning?sso=sequoia
You can also login via “SPP”, which is the Sequoia People Platform.
I'm having trouble logging in.
If you are receiving the error message "We couldn't find you in our system. Please contact your HR or LMS Admin." then it could be an email in Ethena is different then your Sequoia email or you have not been added to Ethena yet. We recommend reaching out to your People/HR team for assistance.
If you are receiving the error message "Sorry, we don’t recognize your email. It can take up to a week for us to receive information from your company. If you’re still having trouble, appsupport@sequoia.com
can help." Then we recommend reaching out to the email appsupport@sequoia.com.
If you need to change the email or reset the password for your Sequoia login then we recommend reaching out to appsupport@sequoia.com.
How do I set up training?
You can set up training in your Ethena account through Sequoia by either following our help center article here or reaching out to your Sequoia HRBP.
How do I add International Employees?
Only US-based learners who are added as team members in Prism (Sequoia HRIS) can access Ethena. If you want to add your international team members, you’ll need to purchase a secondary self-serve account directly with Ethena. If you have any questions about this you can reach out to support@goethena.com.
What's included with our Ethena account?
Customers who have Ethena via Sequoia have access to our Full Course Catalog and Phishing tool.
If wanting access to Custom content, Hotline Case Management, or Analytics this will be available via a Premium subscription in a separate acocunt directly with Ethena.
