Accessibility statement
At Ethena, our goal is to help build ethical and inclusive workplaces. Central to the mission of inclusivity, is ensuring that people of all abilities are able to take and enjoy our training.
Ethena is dedicated to ensuring the Learning Center meets all Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to the fullest extent. Our design, learning experience, and engineering teams all take accessibility into consideration in the creation of our content. We believe that accessibility should not be an afterthought, but a core part of the content creation process.
Upholding accessibility standards
- Ethena’s QA process includes testing with assistive technologies and accessibility development tooling.
- Ethena partners with AccessibleWeb, skilled web accessibility professionals who perform regular audits of the Learning Center and issue/maintain our Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPAT). This standardized document details Ethena’s conformance with web accessibility standards.
- The following accommodations are made for auditory or visually impaired learners:
- All training supports the use of assistive technology, such as, screen readers (View screen reader demo of Learning Center)
- Learners have the option to enable audio descriptions and/or captions for all videos
- Audio is provided for text-based training slides
- Transcripts are provided for comics
Learning Center conformance status
Both Ethena's Learning Center & SCORM training files meet WCAG 2.1 A & AA criterion with the highest level of conformance. If you’d like to view either of these VPATs, please reach out to support@goethena.com to request them.
