The Settings page of the Ethena Admin Hub is where admins can manage a number of key settings on an ongoing basis.
This page consists of eight to nine settings depending on your subscription type:
- Company Information
- Administrators
- Billing & Seats
- Company Policies
- Translations (Only available with Premium Subscription)
- Integrations
- Theme
- Notifications
- Resources
Company Information
On the Company Information tab, admins can:
- View and edit company information
- Assign a custom field to the Ethena learner CSV
- Allow learners without email address and if using SSO enable Kiosk mode
Administrators
This area lets you add and manage Administrators on your Ethena account. You can find more information in the following help center articles:

Billing & Seats
For customers paying via credit card, the Billing page shows both information about the current credit card on file, as well as a record of all invoices. This information will not appear for customers paying via separate invoice. For questions about invoices, reach out to support@goethena.com.
Company Policies
- Policy bot - This feature is our AI-powered tool that allows employees to ask questions about company policies from company documents you upload. You can find more information about this in Policy Bot.
- Training Referenced Policies - This area lets you add links to internal company policy documents. Once you have added these, they will then become available to all of your learners within their learning center, allowing them to access them directly while they train. We've even got a handy template for making your own policies if you need some examples to refer to. You can find more information about this in Adding your company policies to Ethena.
Translations
If you have a Premium subscription this setting can be enabled for using AI Translation to apply to your custom content.
Integrations
The integrations page is where admins can enable and manage integrations with HRIS's, notification partners such as Slack & Zoom Chat, and Security Platform like Vanta.
Theme
You can choose logo and theme colors personalized to your organization for the learning center. Learn more in Add custom branding to your Ethena Learning Center.
Notifications
On this page, you can keep track of where notifications are being sent out (be that via email or Slack) and how often you would like reminders to be sent for outstanding training. You can find more information in Notifications 101.
Resources
The Resources page provides admins with accesses to resources for rolling out Ethena to their organizations, selecting learners' training locations, etc. This includes:

- Help Center
- Completion at Ethena
