Ethena's Policy Bot is an AI-powered assistant designed to help your employees easily access and understand company policies. Employees can ask questions and Policy Bot will respond using only the information from your uploaded policies in Ethena. This helps reduce time spent searching through documents and simplifies the process of getting answers to policy-related questions!

How it works
Employees can access this Policy Bot from their Learning Center by clicking Menu > Policy Bot.
You can also provide them a company specific link under Settings > Company Policies > Policy Bot.
When they access Policy Bot they can ask any questions regarding the company's policy in the text box below:
Enabling the Policy Bot for Employees
To allow your company's employees to use Policy Bot you will go to Settings > Company Policies > Policy Bot. Here you will first need to toggle this feature On. Then you will need to add your companies policy via a PDF or DOCX by clicking Upload Document:
