How to add our free course: In Good Company with Melanie Naranjo

Some of you eagle eyed folks may have noticed, we have a new course in the Catalog! And better yet, it's totally free for you to add to your account. 

What is this course? How do I get it?!

Our new course can help level up your managers. This manager training covers often overlooked topics, like balancing empowerment and accountability, performance management, and creating meaningful partnerships with HR.
You can get it in your Ethena account on the Course Catalog page! 

How to add (text version below)

1. From your admin dashboard head over to the Course Catalog page on the left side bar.
2. Once in here, scroll down and click on the tile for "In Good Company with Melanie Naranjo".
3. You can either preview the content at the bottom, or alternatively:
4. Accept the terms and conditions, and then click add course. This will then prompt you to add the course as a One-Time Assignment (this article helps explain in further detail)
5. Confirm the settings you would like on the course creation page, and if you have selected your whole team it'll be sent out to all folks!
   Alternatively if you would like this course to be assigned to a specific group of people you can either do this via a CSV or you can send out using the "By Population" field.
   
   
   1. To assign via population, you can find this on the Manage Learners field. 
      You need to pick a country, and state/s (all states works too!) and then you could send this out to managers only as showing in the below screenshot:
      
   2. To upload via CSV you need one column titled email just like this example here:

      delia.smyth@company.com

      stephen.frye@company.com

      
      Open up your favourite spreadsheet software, add the email column and populate accordingly, save as a CSV file and then you can upload this on the assignment creation and they will all be added in upon creation of the assignment.
      
6. The course is now available to all enrolled individuals in their learning center!
