Assigning training to new hires only
Sometimes there is a situation where you need to send new employees training but your current employees do not need to do training until the annual company training date. Ethena recommends setting up a single campaign for existing employees and new hires to minimize manual configuration and improve reporting accuracy. The below instructions will help you set up a new hire campaign in Ethena that will eventually be sent to existing employees.

On the ‘Manage Learners’ step choose 'Ongoing Auto-Enroll Rules' to enroll all employees into this training and this will also allow for future new employees to be automatically added to this training.
- Set up any filters if needed.
- Now under 'Schedule' choose the scheduling method 'Annual company training' then choose the date the training needs to be released to the whole company.

Now you will want to toggle the setting 'Set Campaign Live for New Hires?' to on:
5. Finish setting up the other details and choose 'Review and Save Campaign' to complete set up.
Now any new employee who is added to your team list will be assigned training based on any filtering rules you have set up and other employees will be added during the annual company training date. They'll receive a new training notification at 10am in their local time zone (this may be on day 2 or 3 of employment, depending on what time their Ethena profile is created).
