We have now introduced our anniversary training option if you prefer to train employees based on when they joined instead of on a company wide cadence.
How to set this up.
When you create a training campaign you can set this up under Schedule by clicking the drop down option below and choosing Learner Anniversary:
You'll then just save the campaign!
Things to know
- By default, this will be the campaign start date and the learner will train annually on that date.
- If a learner joins the campaign while it’s in progress, the learner will train immediately on their join date and the learner will train annually on that date.

If a learner has a historical training date uploaded via .csv before the campaign start date, that will be used as the their last training date and the learner will train annually (or biannually in HP California, etc.) on that date
- Note: if they are already overdue for training based on this date, they will train on the campaign start date
