We’ve overhauled how you see and manage your content. In this new world, a course is the big picture—a collection of one or more Learning Paths that define exactly what your team experiences.

• Tailored Variations: You can now pick from several Harassment Prevention variations depending on your industry or preferred learning style.

  

   

• A Clearer View: Instead of a list of unorganized modules, you can now search, preview, and manage all available course variations in one visual interface.

  

   

• Flexible Learning Paths: Whether you need a simple list of modules or a complex setup with different paths for different regions, we have you covered. You can also assign training directly from the course page in your content library.

  

• Built-in Safety Nets: Every course includes a mandatory "default" Learning Path that acts as a fallback for anyone who doesn't qualify for a specific variant.

   

• Total Independence: You’re in the driver’s seat—you can reorganize module order, add or remove content, and assign course variants independently without needing to contact a CSM. Need to add your own custom module to Code of Conduct? You can simply click "Manage Course" to get started.

  

AI Module Editing (Redlining)

Stop hunting through slides to change one word. AI Redlining lets you transform a whole module with a single, simple prompt.
