Sending a user their magic link to train

Separate from automatic or triggered reminder notifications, admin may send learners a magic link to lead them directly to their training.

From the Team Members page, click on a learner’s name or the three dots to the right of their name. In the dropdown list, select “Get direct link for training”.

This option creates a magic link which will lead to the team member’s personalized Learning Center and copy the url to the clipboard. If an admin clicks this magic link, it will show up as an error message because it is only viewable by the learner in question. This is another way to quickly send a training reminder that leads the learner directly to their outstanding training.

Alternatively, you can share with the learner the following link: https://app.goethena.com/learning

This will prompt them for their email address and they can get their own link emailed to them!
