How to set up a on site training session using Ethena's Kiosk mode:
- First, you need to create a course assignment that includes the learners who will be included in the kiosk mode link.
- Inside the assignment, You can generate a kiosk link that includes all the learners in the top right on the assignment (shown below).
- The link will be valid for 90 days for security reasons. If you need longer, you can always re-enable the link which resets the expiration window.
- You can then paste that URL into the browser of the shared “kiosk” device for learners to take their training.
How do learners take training?
- On the shared kiosk device, the learner is prompted with a screen where they need to select their name. For security reasons, they will have to start typing their name for the system to show matching names.
The learner will then choose their name from the list and then is shown their training to complete.
How does this track completion?
Completion records for learners who complete their training at a kiosk appear in training assignments, just like any other training completion. It's easy to keep track!
