Background
Ethena's Learning Library allows admins to host optional course content in a library for learners to discover and explore. The Learning Library is visible to all team members, and content in the Library can be viewed at each user's leisure -- there are no associated deadlines or completion requirements.
How to add training to your Learning Library
- Head to the Content Library section of the Ethena admin hub and select Learning Library.
- Select 'Add Content' in the top right corner.
- Choose the content you'd like to add by selecting the course and module name. Filter by course name & view content previews as needed, to ensure you're selecting the right content.
- Select 'Add Content' to confirm your selection. Once you do so, it'll be discoverable by all learners in their Learning Library!
How to remove training from your Learning Library
- Head to the Content Library section of the Ethena admin hub and select Learning Library.
- Find the item you'd like to remove and select the '-' at the end of the row.
- Confirm your selection by choosing 'Remove Module.'
How to access the Learning Library
- Head to your Ethena learner dashboard and select Learning Library.
- Select the content you'd like to view and start learning. You can skip around the content as needed to get to the topics that are most relevant to you.
Reporting on Learning Library trainings
- Head to the Content Library section of the Ethena admin hub and select Learning Library.
- On this page, you can see a high-level count of the number of views and completions that each Learning Library training has received.
- You can also select 'Analytics' to download two CSVs: a per-module breakdown of views, completions, and time spent, or a per-user count of modules viewed, completed, and time spent.
How to Link to a Learning Library Module
Once you publish a course to the Learning Library, click the graduation cap icon in your left-side admin hub menu. Click to Learning Library, find the module you want to link, click the title, then you’ll see a link in your browser window (e.g. https://app.goethena.com/learning/library/####) - copy/paste this link wherever you want to direct learners to this topic from in your internal documentation, team communications, and more!
Note: If you have SSO, be sure to add ?sso=[lowercase company name] (e.g. ?sso=acmecorp) to the end of the URL; that will ensure your team members are automatically routed via SSO!
How to Add a Tag Your Custom Content in Learning Library
To increase search-ability in your team’s Learning Library, you can add tags to your module titles in your LMSe section of your Content Library. Click into your course name, Edit, then add any keywords to the module title and save!
