Ethena offers many way to customize your training to fit your team. Our custom training campaign gives you the ability to offer different assignments for different needs. There are a few reasons why it's helpful using a custom training campaign:
- To assign remedial training to employees who have recently completed the course.
- You can use it to train managers to the standards of their direct reports’ locations.
- Assigning customized training you have created from your Content Library.
Instructions
- From your Admin Dashboard select + Add Training
- You can now choose which course you would like to use for your training
- Then you will want to choose the option Custom Training Campaign:
- Now you will have the option to check the box next to any module you would like to include in this campaign:
- You can then proceed to include the other settings and then save the campaign.
