Creating a custom training campaign

Ethena offers many way to customize your training to fit your team. Our custom training campaign gives you the ability to offer different assignments for different needs. There are a few reasons why it's helpful using a custom training campaign:

• To assign remedial training to employees who have recently completed the course.
• You can use it to train managers to the standards of their direct reports’ locations.
• Assigning customized training you have created from your Content Library.

Instructions

1. From your Admin Dashboard select + Add Training
2. You can now choose which course you would like to use for your training
3. Then you will want to choose the option Custom Training Campaign:
   
4. Now you will have the option to check the box next to any module you would like to include in this campaign:
   
5. You can then proceed to include the other settings and then save the campaign.
