If you've just joined Ethena but you have folks who have recently taken training with your previous provider, you may want to send training out just to folks who have not recently trained. We have an option for this when setting up your Core Learning assignment!
- First, set up an automated assignment and choose your desired start date for those who should be trained right away.
- When on Manage Learners, you will want to click on View List, and then go to the Excluded tab. Here, upload a CSV file of the people who you do not want to get assigned training on this initial training date.
- Once you upload the file, you'll be able to see who will get training at launch, and who will be excluded. You'll want to also be sure to enable Auto-Enroll so that any new team members will be enrolled in this assignment upon joining.
- Once you're ready for the excluded team members to get added into the assignment, come back and remove them from the manual exclusions list. You can do this one by one, or by uploading a blank CSV file (with just a single header, 'email', in the first cell) under 'Replace Manual Exclusions.' Save the assignment and these learners will receive training on the next business day (or, if in a deferral period, at the next annual training date).
You then just need to go through the rest of the assignment setup and you are good to launch!
