Team members experience two types of content when completing training on Ethena. They are:
- Core Learning
- Continuous Learning
Let's explore the difference between the two.
Core Learning
Core Learning is the first set of training all new learners receive on Ethena. Depending on a learner's location and managerial status, Ethena automatically assigns each team member's core learning to meet local state guidelines.
Once a team member has received all of their core learning training, they will move into continuous learning which will be sent based on this calendar.
Continuous Learning
Once a learner has received all their core learning training content, they move into continuous learning.
Generally, continuous learning consists of short assignments a few times a year based on this calendar. All learners who are on continuous learning receive the same nudges each month or quarter.
These do not count to overall core learning completion but are a way to instill the lessons folks have learned throughout the year.
