How to get completion certificate as a Learner
When a learner reaches the last slide they will be present the option to View Completion Certificate:
From here you will be taken to the certificate where you can choose to download it below:
How to get completion certificate as an Admin:
If you need a to download a certificate for a learner then you can go tot their profile form the team list and under Training Campaigns choose the Completed tab. You'll then click the course they need the certificate for and choose View Completion Certificate:

What if I forgot to download it and have already closed the training?
You can still download it from the Learning Center by going to your completed courses and clicking the training:
