If your Dashboard shows completed but you receive an email about missing assignments, it usually means one of the following:
- You completed one module in a multi‑part assignment, but another module in the same assignment is still outstanding.
- You completed most slides but missed one or two required actions (such as an attestation, final quiz question, or the "Finish" button).
- The email is referencing a different assignment cycle (for example, this year’s annual training) than the one you previously completed.
- You are signed into a different account/email than the one that received the reminder.
- The reminder was queued before your recent completion and sent shortly after you finished.
How to resolve:
- Navigate to your Learning Center homepage at https://app.goethena.com/learning/next. Any trainings listed on this page are still outstanding.
- Note: You may see trainings listed on your Completed tab that look similar to your outstanding assignments. This could be for one of a few reasons:
- Many trainings are scheduled to recur annually.
- Sometimes new hires or users with a recent role or location change need to take supplemental training.
- If you think you may have been erroneously assigned duplicate training, reach out to your internal training administrators for help.
- Note: You may see trainings listed on your Completed tab that look similar to your outstanding assignments. This could be for one of a few reasons:
- Open each outstanding course on your Learning Center homepage. Your progress will be stored, so if you've completed most of the training, you can finish any remaining slides.
- Verify you are signed into the same email address that received the reminder. If you have more than one work email or SSO profile, log out and back in with the correct account.
- If everything is complete and you continue to receive reminders, contact your training administrator with screenshots of your Dashboard/Progress showing Completed and the reminder email details so they can reconcile the discrepancy.
