There are certain situations where you might need to stop notifications. We have included these scenarios below.
Training notifications(Admin)
If a Training Admin needs to stop training notifications for a learner then we recommend removing the learner from training then they can either unenroll the leaner from the course they are receiving the notifications from using the directions here or terminate the learners using the directions here.
Training notifications(Learner)
If a learner is receiving a training notification that they believe they should not receive then we recommend reaching out to their HR/People team for assistance.
Billing notifications
If you are receive a billing notification with a self serve subscription but have requested to cancel your account then you could still be in the period before your annual subscription ends and be receiving overage charges for having more active users than seats purchased.
