When your learners first training with Ethena, their initial assignment includes all of their core training and is ready for completion. It's a considerable amount of training to start, but super important to finish in order to be marked as complete.
But you may also be asking "Do they need to complete all of this in one session?" Not at all! You can stagger it out in any way you wish so that learners can fit it around their other core work duties. Any progress in training is saved as they go, so if they need to come back to it later they can pick up exactly where they left off before.
During course setup, you will be given the option to set a deadline; either 14, 30, 60, 90, 120 or 180 days from the start date. This means that learners will not be marked as behind on their training until after this deadline date.
You can suggest to your team to complete training in multiple sessions so long as they complete it before the deadline date. This could look like 3 sessions over 3 weeks if you have a 30 day deadline. Or alternatively once a month for a 90 day deadline.
We will send reminders automatically to folks who have outstanding training, so rest assured you will not need to keep checking on your team to be sure they are completing their training. This article goes in to further detail on how these reminders work and how to configure them:
