How to cancel an account

If you are on a Standard Ethena subscription you can find the steps to cancel your account below.

Step 1: Navigate to Settings from your Admin Dashboard

Step 2: Choose Billing & Seats:

Step 4: You can then go to 'Manage Billing':

Step 5: Here you will want to cancel both subscription:

Please note that your subscription will end on the annual subscription date. Please be sure to download any additional information you may need from Ethena, as it won't be accessible after we close your account.
