How to view credit card invoices and active learner seat count

You may be wondering "how can i find my total seat count?", "Do I need to add new seats?" or simply would like to view and download your previous invoices. This article is here to assist.

The first step is to go to the settings menu and then to select Billing & Seats. You will then get a view similar to the below. This breaks down:

1. How many seats you have
2. Number of Overages
3. Price per seat (more info on pricing here)
4. Total amount for your whole team

As well as previous invoices (click on them to view & download in a new window).

This example also shows what happens if you add folks on your Team page as opposed to reaching out to support@goethena.com to add new seats. These are added on as Overages, and are priced slightly differently to an annual upfront cost.
