Admins access their team’s Learning Center from the left hand bar on the Dashboard.
It is also possible for administrators to send a magic link that leads directly to a team member’s Learning Center. This is separate from reminder notifications and easily directs a learner to the place where they left off in their learning journey.
On the Team Members page, click on a learner’s name or click the three buttons to the right of their name. In the dropdown list, select “Get direct link for training”. This will then copy the learners link to your clipboard ready to be shared.
In the Learning Center you'll have a sum up of your assigned learning on the left hand side to give you a snapshot of the assignment and how far you have progressed!

- My Learning Journey brings users and admins to an overview of assigned nudges. Admins preview the list of topics and order in which they will receive nudges before they go out.
Once a learner begins a nudge, the left hand bar will show a breakdown of the time necessary to complete the nudge.
Learners cannot skip through the nudges too quickly, otherwise it will trigger the timer and make them wait a certain number of minutes before moving on to the next nudge.
If a learner leaves the Learning Center during a nudge with text and images, they will return to this message in the middle of the screen. This automatically stops the timer and keeps the learner’s place in their progress.
If a learner does not choose the correct answer in a Check on Learning question at the end of a nudge, it will not allow them to move onto the next nudge.
