How to configure and edit Manager Insights notifications

What are Manager Insights notifications?

Manager Insights notifications help your managers keep on top of their teams' progress and will remind them to check in for completion/progress so far. These will be sent to their email/Slack/Zoom Chat, and this article details what they look like. You as an admin can control how often these notifications are sent to managers.

How do I view and edit my Manager Insights notifications settings?

You can find these settings in the Admin Hub > Settings > Notifications.

Just scroll down to the bottom, and you will be presented with the following choices. Select which makes the most sense for you (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). The system default is bi-weekly reminders.

You can also determine whether these notifications go out only post-deadline (Incomplete learners), or both before and after the deadline has passed (All learners with outstanding training).
