I'm a manager. What is Team Insights and how does it work?

What is Team Insights?

Team Insights is a feature that gives you a view into your team’s training completion through email/Slack/ZoomChat notifications and an in-app manager hub. It also provides suggestions for following up with your team to help increase completion rates across all your courses and helps to keep folks accountable in their learning.

How do I find it?

When you next go into your learning center, you can access Team Insights at the top left by clicking "My Team" as shown below:

Below shows what your learning center will look like when in the Manager Hub view.

You'll probably notice a few different text colors used here next to the names of your team members and these are to show you at a glance how you team is tracking on training. These are explained here:

• Completed:
  This is a learner who has finished the latest assigned batch of core training within an assignment.

• Within Deadline:
  Not completed, but the learner still has time before their deadline to complete the training assignment.
  

• Incomplete:
  This is a learner who has passed the deadline of an assignment.
