You may be wondering "Why in the heck is my HRIS integration not syncing?" or "There are people missing in Ethena? I added them in our HRIS?" and these are legitimate concerns which we have covered.
Should you ever experience the surprise that some folks have not populated within Ethena from your HRIS, we have the answer for you within the Admin Hub!
1. Go to the "Account" tab on the left hand panel.
2. Move over to the integrations section and click "view details" next to the "x errors" message on the integration.
3. A side panel will pop up and show you each entry causing an issue and what you need to do to correct it.
More often than not, it will be an entry missing the individuals email address, state or other info. Thankfully we will inform you of each correction that needs to happen next to their name. Pretty handy huh?
Once you have corrected this, the integration will then correct itself on the next sync and they will then populate within Ethena! You are now done and folks will now be eligible to receive training.
