What is the difference between Inactive and Terminated?

Both of these learner statuses have the same function however each is from a different source.

Terminated

A terminated user is someone who has been marked as terminated in the Ethena app. This would be completed on the Team page shown here:

Inactive

A user who is marked as inactive has been marked as terminated in a HRIS integration (Such as Rippling, BambooHR, Gusto etc). Once the integration syncs after this change, learners will then be marked as "Inactive".

Any user who has the status of Inactive or Terminated will not receive training, notifications and will also not be counted in your active user count.
