Can't login due to cookies error message?
You or someone in your team may have encountered this message when trying to sign into Ethena using Single Sign On (SSO).
"Error logging you in. Please clear your cookies and try again.
Please send us a message at support@goethena.com
and we will help you resolve this issue."
As a first step, it's worthwhile trying to open the link in a private browser window (such as Google Chrome's Incognito Mode) and then see if you are able to sign in there.
If this does not work, the most likely reason for this happening is that your email address in your companies SSO settings and the email address in your Ethena entry do not match.
The solution here would be to have your admin team make sure that both of these match so that you can then log in. This may have happened if you have had a new email address or name change.
If you are an admin and one of your learners has this issue
The fix here is to change one of them so that both values match and after this logging in will be possible again.
For those using a HRIS: Change the email address in the HRIS to be the same as the SSO email
For those not using an HRIS: Change the users entry in Ethena and update the email address here.
