You may wish to add your own policies into your reporting form to help guide your team before they submit a report. This article illustrates how to do just that!
The FAQs within the reporting form help assist your team in knowing how the process works. They are auto-populated with who can view the reports as well as how we at Ethena protect user identities. Additionally, there are a few that you can customize. These include:
- What is the review process like at your company
- How long does the review process take?
- What will happen to the person or people that are reported?
In order to customize these, you will first need to go to the Case Management section of the settings page and and scroll down to the below view:
This will then open up the following modal where you can make your edits to the copy that is shown in the reporting form. You can preview to be sure it all looks okay, and once ready just hit save and those changes will be made live!
