The length of Harassment Prevention training can vary based on your employees' locations and manager status. The below chart outlines the length and cadence of training that is sent if you schedule a recurring Ethena Training Campaign for Harassment Prevention.
You'll notice that based on state/country and manager status (manager vs. individual contributor), employees in some locations may be subject to additional training or training on a less frequent cadence than annually.

- We have designed Ethena’s core Harassment Prevention curriculum (called “Core Learning” in-app) to meet the requirements for harassment prevention training by location and role (e.g., manager, non-manager).
- You can also add continuous learning assignments in addition to our core offering, but those assignments are not required to meet the training requirements. This helpful guide provides more information about our course offering, as well as the requirements by location.
