What are Upcoming Assignment Reminders?
Upcoming Assignment Reminders is an optional feature available to all customers that sends a notification via email as a reminder for all registered admins of their learners' upcoming scheduled assignments.
These emails will cover all upcoming assignments which will include:
- Recurring Core Learning
- Continuous Learning
- One-Time Assignments
If there are multiple assignments going out on the same day, the assignments are all rolled up into the same email. This help to save time sifting through multiple notifications and clogging up your inbox!
What do they look like? See below!

These inputs are multi-select, meaning that you can choose one or all of them if you like, depending on your preference for the frequency of communications.
*If an admin has chosen more than once cadence, they may receive multiple emails on the same day.*
The emails are sent at 12pm in the timezone of each individual admin, but if no timezone exists they will be sent at Eastern Standard Time by default.
